Cancellation and Postponement must be communicated 24-48 hours prior to appointment time and date
Appointment will be cancelled if arrival time is 10 minutes past appointment start time.
Once appointment is confirmed and deposit is received, you are agreeing to all policies and have read and understood Terms and Conditions.
Same deposit can be used to re-schedule ONE TIME. A second postponement will require new deposit.
Photos and Videos will be taken before and after the service and are subject to be used on various Social Media platforms
Foreign Fill Services are not provided.
After-hour services are available upon request.
Return and Refund Policy
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to confirm availability slot
Remaining balance is due upon completion of service and prior to client exiting building
NO REFUNDS for full service
Major Lash-Loss or Retention issues must be communicated 3-5 days following service date. A complimentary mini-fill appointment will be scheduled immediately
Non-refundable deposit may be refunded if appointment is cancelled by Owner
Non-refundable deposit, if refunded by owner, will be transferred via same method used
